Please note that the following fees are the daily rate. Each family’s gap fee will be calculated in accordance with their CCS entitlements and will vary from family to family.

(A) Full Day Rate (7:00am – 6:00pm)

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IN RELATION TO FAMILY ACCOUNTS AND FEES

  • The fees listed above are the full amounts prior to Child Care Subsidy (CCS) being applied. A family’s net amount is dependent on individual circumstances.

  • Sessions A and B per hour rates fall under the Government’s prescribed hourly cap and therefore may incur less out of pocket expenses for families depending on their entitlements.

  • Accounts are paid in advance using direct debit via a third party provider or via direct payment via OWNA. Defaulted payments incur a fee from the third party provider, we therefore advise families to ensure sufficient funds are available in their accounts.

  • Payment may be made regularly either weekly or fortnightly.

  • All accounts must be paid one cycle in advance.

  • We are unable to ‘swap’ days for permanent bookings, public holidays and holiday holding. We do not have resources available to support this.

  • Adjustments or backdating to CCS/ACCS from Centrelink is the responsibility of the enrolling parent/guardian.

  • Casual bookings are charged on the day of the booking and can be placed up to 7 days in advance.

  • If you wish to finalise your care, please speak with the Service Manager and complete a Finalisation of Care form. There is a two-week notice period for the finalisation of enrolment. The 14 days begin when the form is returned.

We encourage all families to speak with us if they are experiencing any financial difficulty so we can do our best to assist. Please be assured that all discussions are treated with sensitivity and in the strictest confidence.

AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT 3 DAY GUARANTEE INFORMATION

From January 2026, Australia is introducing a "3 Day Guarantee" for early childhood education and care, ensuring all eligible families have access to at least 3 days (72 hours per fortnight) of subsidised care per child, regardless of their activity levels, according to the Department of Education. This means the activity test, which requires parents to be working, studying, or volunteering, will be removed for these initial 72 hours per fortnight.
